-ZUR OPTIMIERUNG UNSERER PRODUKTIONSPROZESSE-
Ihr Aufgabengebiet:
- Analyse und Optimierung von Produktionsabläufen und -prozessen
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von technischen Lösungen zur Effizienzsteigerung
- Durchführung von Fehleranalysen und die Erarbeitung von Maßnahmen zur Prozessverbesserung
- Kundenkommunikation im Zuge von Produktions- und Prozessoptimierungen, die aufgrund von Reklamationen umgesetzt werden
- aktive Unterstützung als Moderator im Shopfloormanagement und der Weiterentwicklung von Kennzahlen der Produktion
- Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen, um die Produktqualität sicherzustellen
- Erstellung von technischen Dokumentationen, Arbeitsanweisungen und Berichten
Unsere Anforderungen:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium, bevorzugt Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik oder eine andere, vergleichbare Studienrichtung
- mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Automobilzuliefererindustrie oder vergleichbaren produktionsorientierten Branchen
- Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von Automotive Core Tools wie 5-Why, Ishikawa-Analyse, Prozessfähigkeiten, Statistik-Tools, P-FMEA, Kaizen-Methode, PDCA usw
- Fachkenntnisse zu und in der Anwendung von Lean-Methoden mit dem Fokus auf die nachhaltige Optimierung von Potenzialen im Produktionsprozess mit der Ziel der Reduzierung von Kosten und Durchlaufzeiten
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kunden und Kundengesprächen und Rückstandssituationen
- Methodische Vorgehensweise mit einer ausgeprägten Hands-on-Mentalität
