FERTIGUNGSSTEUERER (M/W/D)
Ihr Aufgabengebiet:
- Erstellen, Überwachen und feinplanen eingehender Fertigungsaufträge unter Berücksichtigung der Arbeitspläne, Kapazitäten, Termine und Materialverfügbarkeit
- Erstellung von von Auswertungen und Kennzahlen zur Produktionsleistung und Einhaltung der Planvorgaben
- Koordination der einzelnen Arbeitsschritte mit internen Schnittstellen zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs für punktgenaue Lieferung
- Führung von Eskalationsmeetings bei Engpässen (intern & extern)
- Ermittlung vorhandener Produktionsressourcen und Einleitung von Gegenmaßnahmen bei Unterdeckungen
Unsere Anforderungen:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder vergleichbares
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Fertigungssteuerung idealerweise im Automotive-Bereich
- Fundierte Kenntnisse von Produktionsprozessen und -abläufen einer Serienfertigung
- Hohe Organisationsfähigkeit und eine strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Überzeugungskraft und die Fähigkeit, Entscheidungen und Pläne zu vertreten und mit einer starken Hands-On-Mentalität umzusetzen
- Bereitschaft, sich auf wechselnde Anforderungen und neue Situationen einzustellen
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel
- Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen ERP-Systemen von Vorteil
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
