PRODUCTION CONTROLLER (M/F/D)
Your area of responsibility:
- Creating, monitoring and detailed planning of incoming production orders, taking into account work schedules, capacities, deadlines and material availability
- Preparation of evaluations and key figures on production performance and compliance with planning targets
- Coordination of the individual work steps with internal interfaces to ensure a smooth process for on-time delivery
- Leading escalation meetings in the event of bottlenecks (internal & external)
- Determination of existing production resources and initiation of countermeasures in the event of shortfalls
Our requirements:
- Successfully completed technical or commercial training with further training as a technician or similar
- Relevant professional experience in production control, ideally in the automotive sector
- Sound knowledge of production processes and procedures in series production
- High organizational skills and a structured, independent way of working
- Persuasiveness and the ability to defend decisions and plans and implement them with a strong hands-on mentality
- Willingness to adapt to changing requirements and new situations
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Confident handling of common ERP systems is an advantage
- Business fluent in written and spoken German. Good knowledge of English an advantage
