MACHINE SETTER (M/F/D)
-DEPARTMENT BENDING MACHINES-
Your area of responsibility:
- Independent setup, operation, set-up and retooling of Bihler/Wafios bending machines according to production specifications
- Carrying out fault analyses and independently rectifying technical faults on the machine; forwarding to the shift manager/supervisor if necessary
- Maintenance, care and servicing of the machines and tools used to ensure system availability
- Monitoring quality and quantity in the assigned area of responsibility in compliance with production standards
- Careful and proper handling of machines, tools and other equipment
- Compliance with applicable occupational safety regulations and ensuring order and cleanliness in the workplace
- Observance of and compliance with all relevant company regulations, work instructions and safety guidelines
Our requirements:
- Completed technical vocational training, ideally in the field of metal processing or machine operation
- Experience in working with CNC or conventional bending machines is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in the metal-electrical industry advantageous
- manual dexterity, technical understanding and an independent and autonomous way of working
- Willingness to work shifts (3 shifts in weekly rotation)
