MANAGEMENT (M/F/D)
-MAINTENANCE AND ELECTRICAL
Your area of responsibility:
- Disciplinary and technical management of the maintenance team (mechanical and electrical)
- Personnel development through training, qualification programs and safety instructions
- Personnel deployment planning and coordination with production, purchasing, R&D and maintenance technology
- Monitoring system availability and analyzing and optimizing maintenance processes
- Further development of maintenance IT systems (EAM, ERP interfaces) for systematic documentation
- Coordination of repairs, conversions and modernizations in close coordination with production control
- Maintenance, inspection and repair of machines, conveyor systems, drive systems and hydraulic and pneumatic components
- Carrying out error analyses using proven methods (5-Why, Ishikawa) and implementing countermeasures
- Repair of assemblies and replacement of wearing parts
Maintenance, testing and repair of electrical equipment (drive technology, control systems, PLCs, switchgear) - Carrying out measurement and testing procedures (insulation measurement, thermography, current diagnostics)
- Troubleshooting in electrical circuits, updating circuit diagrams and safety tests according to VDE/ISO
- Assumption of the function of responsible electrician (VEFK)
Implementation of occupational safety guidelines (risk assessments, operating instructions, lockout tagout) - Creation of risk analyses, emergency and maintenance plans
- Spare parts management, warehousing and processing of maintenance contracts
- Creation and monitoring of key figures (OEE, availability, downtimes, MTBF, MTTR)
- Carrying out profitability analyses and ROI evaluations for modernizations
Planning and managing maintenance projects (automation, retrofitting, system modernization) - Integration of new technologies and digitalization initiatives
- Active participation in CIP/lean initiatives and audits
Our requirements:
- Completed technical studies in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering or comparable
- Relevant professional experience in the maintenance of industrial plants and production systems, ideally with management responsibility
- Sound knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance, including drive technology, hydraulics, pneumatics and control and automation technology
- Qualification as a responsible electrician (VEFK) or willingness to take on this function
- Experience in maintenance management, in the analysis of system malfunctions and in the optimization of maintenance and servicing processes
- Confident handling of maintenance and ERP systems as well as experience in the use and evaluation of technical key figures (e.g. OEE, plant availability, downtimes)
- Knowledge of relevant standards, guidelines and occupational safety regulations (e.g. VDE, ISO, occupational safety)
- Structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of working
- Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills as well as the ability to motivate and develop teams
