OPERATING ENGINEER (M/F/D)
-TO OPTIMIZE OUR PRODUCTION PROCESSES-
Your area of responsibility:
- Analysis and optimization of production workflows and processes
- Development and implementation of technical solutions to increase efficiency
- Carrying out error analyses and developing measures to improve processes
- Customer communication in the course of production and process optimizations that are implemented as a result of complaints
- Active support as a moderator in store floor management and the further development of key production figures
- Collaboration with various departments to ensure product quality
- Creation of technical documentation, work instructions and reports
Our requirements:
- Completed degree, preferably in mechanical engineering, process engineering or another comparable field of study
- Several years of professional experience in the automotive supply industry or comparable production-oriented industries
- Knowledge in the application of automotive core tools such as 5-Why, Ishikawa analysis, process capabilities, statistical tools, P-FMEA, Kaizen method, PDCA etc.
- Expert knowledge of and in the application of lean methods with a focus on the sustainable optimization of potentials in the production process with the aim of reducing costs and throughput times
- Experience in dealing with customers and customer meetings and backlog situations
- Methodical approach with a strong hands-on mentality
