QUALITY ASSURANCE TECHNICIAN (M/F/D)
-QUALITY ASSURANCE DEPARTMENT-
Your area of responsibility:
- Independent processing of initial sample inspection reports according to VDA, PPAP and customer specifications
- Entries in the International Material Data System (IMDS)
- Contour and surface measurements
- Hardness and force tests
- Initiating inspections for technical cleanliness in accordance with VDA 19 and customer requirements
Our requirements:
- Completed vocational training ideally in the metal sector and further training as a technician (m/f/d)
- Professional experience in quality assurance
- Knowledge of IATF and VDA automotive industry regulations
- Experience in dealing with SPC, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, 8D reporting etc.
- Safe handling of measuring equipment and CAQ systems
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
