TECHNICIAN (M/F/D)
-PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE-
Your area of responsibility:
- Detailed planning, scheduling and monitoring of all maintenance measures – both preventive and reactive – for our machines, systems and equipment.
- Close coordination of maintenance work with production control, the production teams and external service providers to ensure maximum system availability and minimum downtime.
- The comprehensive management of our Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system, including master data maintenance, updating and ensuring data integrity.
- Careful recording and archiving of all relevant data, such as maintenance reports, fault reports, spare parts consumption and other important information.
- The creation of meaningful evaluations and key figures (e.g. MTTR, MTBF, system downtimes, maintenance costs) for the continuous evaluation and optimization of maintenance processes and to support decision-making.
- Active participation in the continuous improvement of our maintenance processes and the further development of the EAM system
- The function as a key user and thus as the first point of contact for colleagues with questions about the EAM system and our maintenance processes.
Our requirements:
- Successfully completed technical vocational training, ideally supplemented by further training as an industrial foreman (m/f/d) or technician (m/f/d) in the field of maintenance
- Several years of sound professional experience in maintenance in a manufacturing company, preferably in the demanding automotive sector.
- Sound knowledge and practical experience in dealing with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, coupled with a profound technical understanding.
- A structured, results-oriented and independent way of working as well as a pronounced “hands-on mentality”. You are a resilient team player with strong communication skills and commitment.
